Please review all of our policies and procedures before you register for classes. Please pay close attention to the drop off/ pick up policy, no make up policy and tardy policy. Our staff members at the front desk follow the policies below and are not able to modify them for any family. Please read through our policies and make sure they are the right fit for your family before you register. When you register for classes you are agreeing to our policies and we are not able to make any exceptions.

Welcome to the Gym Kidz family! We are excited to have you join our program and looking forward to working with your child. Please review our protocols and procedures below. We have limited viewing space in the gym. We will have a small viewing area for preschool only parents. Drop off and pick up will be located at the entry way in front of the large generator. Please use your Gym Kidz entry way only.

Main Gym Entrance
Our entrance is on the south side of the youth center next to the large and very colorful generator. For safety reasons we ask all families to only use this entrance.

Registration is available online through our portal.
A credit card is required to be on file in order to register for classes.
Tuition is automatically charged per session (7 days prior to new session start date).

Please Read through all of our protocols and procedures. If you are not in agreement or comfortable with these policies please do not register in this program. The policies will not be modified.

Classes:
Preschool (40 min) a parent or guardian is required to stay in the gym during classes. You will receive a wristband on arrival and have a designated area to view the class. If a child needs assistance with the bathroom a parent or guardian will need to assist the child.
Recreational (50 min) *only gymnast are allowed in the gym Parents and Guardians are not able to come into the gym to view classes on a weekly basis. Gym Kidz will have dedicated observation weeks throughout the year and families will be able to view classes on those specified dates and times.
some advanced classes will run over 50 minutes and the tuition will be adjusted accordingly
* Bracelet System: For every child entering the facility a bracelet will be given to the person dropping off. You can use the bracelet to pick up the child you dropped off. If someone other than the drop off person will be picking up please advise our staff at drop off. If you lose your bracelet please have an ID ready at pick up. If you do not have an ID please allow time for us to contact our admin team to verify you.
* Missed Classes: No Refunds on missed classes.
* only gymnast are allowed in the gym during classes with exception of 3 and 4 yr old classes.
* Tardy policy: The door will open 5 minutes before classes start and remain open 10 minutes after classes start. Once the door is closed ten minutes after starting class, we are not able to allow any children to enter the class.
* Same Day regisgtration: If you register same day, please be ready to provide a cope of your receipt to our staff if you register same day.
* Drop off: If the person dropping off is not the person picking up we need to know. Please send a text message to our team, advise a staff member at drop off and make sure everyone picking up has proper ID.
* Authorized pick ups: We need all authorized pick ups on the account. If someone other than parent or guardian will pick up please make sure they are added to the account.
* Designated entry door: We are only able to accept students at our Gym Kidz designated entry door. (next to generator on the south side of the building by the outdoor playground).

Preschool Parents/Guardian (ages 3-4 yrs old) are required to enter and stay in a class.
Parents entering our facility during preschool classes are required to sit in designated areas.
Refrain from phone calls inside the gym and place phone on silent. This creates distraction for our kids in classes. We ask the parents refrain from any and all phone calls during this class.
Do not open any doors to our facility. Families that are more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted into the facility.
Please do not coach your child from the sidelines.
Please make sure your Childs uses the restroom before the class starts

Automatic Registration for classes:
A credit card is required to be on file to participate in our program. All tuition charged 7 days prior to the next session and it automatic. **tuition will be pro-rated for any closure dates. Once you are registered in our program you are automatically registered in each session until you request a drop via email, text or our online portal. All drops need to be requested 14 days prior to the new session starts. Please review our sessions on our classes page.

Attire:
Leotard or fitted T shirt with leggings. Ninjas can wear loose shorts and a fitted T shirt. Shoes and socks are not permitted in classes. Please pull hair away from child’s face and refrain from using clips (they hurt the kids when they are rolling). If you wear a leotard please do not use one with a skirt. No jewelry or long earrings (rings are not permitted). Please have hair pulled back away from the face so the children can safely participate.

Annual Registration fee:
Our annual registration fee is charged once every school year. This fee will be automatically charged once each calendar year.

Missed Classes:
There are no make ups for missed classes. On the days we are not providing services your tuition will be pro-rated in advance (closures are listed on our Miami Beach class page). If you do not wish to continue classes a drop request will be required in writing (see drop policy below) . *No exceptions

Drop Policy:
Drop request need to be in 14 days prior to the upcoming session. If approved the student will be dropped from the program the last day of the session. A drop request needs to be requested in writing via text, email or processed through our online portal. Verbal Request for drops will not be accepted.

Transfer Policy:
Transfer request will be approved if your child is transferring in the same level. If your child is requesting to enroll into an invitational class they are required to be invited by a Gym Kidz coach.
