Registration is easy!!

We schedule classes for our coaches daily, but occasionally there may be changes in coaching assignments or class combinations. If such adjustments occur, please be assured that we continue to adhere to our curriculum and your child will receive training at their assigned level.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to classes starting. We are limiting the amount of people in the gym and we ask all families to adhere to the protocols we have in place. (policies can be modified)
Please use our curbside drop off in our main gym (ages 5+)
Example: Scheduled 3:30 class, curbside drop off will be from 3:25-3:35.

**Monthly tuition
A credit card is required to be on file in order to register for classes.
Tuition is automatically charged monthly (25th of each month) and throughout the year all classes will have 48 class days per calendar year.  We will not prorate classes for the weeks we are scheduled to close. We average 4 classes monthly.  Some months we may have 5 classes where other months we may have 3 classes.  Annual registration fee will be charged once a year.

Please check our Gym Kidz Closure Calendar for all dates we are closed for classes. (we do not provide make ups for the scheduled closure dates)

Recreational (50 min)

Money Back Guarantee:
Simply log on and register for the class that best fits your child’s needs.  If you are not completely satisfied we will give you a full refund. (request need to be made 6 days after the class either by text or email). 

*No Refunds on missed classes.

Make up Policy:
 No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. Children must be currently enrolled in our class program to participate (no exceptions). Make up classes can only be scheduled 7 days in advance, once a make up is scheduled there are no modifications regardless of attendance, students have 45 days to schedule a missed class. In order to receive a make up token families are required to schedule missed classes.  Please review missed policy below.  To schedule a make up class via our app or portal.  If you are not able to schedule online you can contact us by preferred method text 754-260-1278 or email us at gymkidznmb@gmail.com.
Allow 24-48 hours to process request  (additional time needed for weekend and holiday request).

Missed Class Policy:
Missed classes can be scheduled from 30 days in advance to 3 hrs prior to class. Missed classes need to be scheduled in order to receive a make up token.

How to use our online portal to drop or transfer a class. 

Drop request need to be in by the 15th of the month and if approved the student will be dropped from the program the last day of the month. Our program runs year round, families will be re-enrolled monthly regardless of attendance.  The only way to drop a class is in writing on or before the 15th of the month.  We do not accept verbal drops and staff does not have access to the system.

Transfer request will be approved if your child is transferring in the same level. If your child is requesting to enroll into an invitational class they are required to be invited by a gym kidz coach.

All drops and transfers need to be requested in writing. If you do not want to use the portal you can email or text us your request and a team member will process.
