Please read this page carefully so you know what to expect when joining our program.

Gym Access & Viewing

To keep the gym safe and flowing smoothly:

  • Main Gym (ages 5+): Parents are welcome to observe their child’s class from the designated viewing area or waiting rooms. For safety reasons, parents are not permitted inside the gym.

  • Preschool Gym: A small number of adults may wait in the lobby.

  • Preschool Classes: Streamed online for your convenience.

Drop Policy (New Families, Please Read)

If you wish to drop end your enrollment:

  • All drop requests must be submitted in writing (through the portal, email, or text).

  • Requests must be made by the 15th of the month to take effect on the last day of that month.

    • Example: If you request a drop by April 15, your child’s last class is April 30, and you will not be charged for May.

  • Verbal requests are not accepted and coaches do not have access to drop.

Tuition & Fees

  • At registration, you’ll be charged an annual registration fee plus pro-rated tuition from your start date until the end of the month.

  • Moving forward, monthly tuition is automatically charged on the 25th of each month.

  • If you register between the 25th and the end of the month, your tuition will instead be charged on the 1st.

  • New families may be charged twice in their first month. Please review our policies so you know what to expect.

Preschool Lobby viewing is limited, but classes are streamed. Parking is limited—please avoid reserved tenant spots (clearly marked). Refer to the map for entrance directions.

Annual Closures

Tuition is automatically charged monthly (25th of each month) and throughout the year all classes will have 48 class days per calendar year. We will not prorate classes for the weeks we are scheduled to close. We average 4 classes monthly. Some months we may have 5 classes where other months we may have 3 classes. Annual registration fee will be charged once a year.

Please check our Gym Kidz Closure Calendar for all dates we are closed for classes. (we do not provide make ups or pro-rate for the scheduled closure dates)

Recreational Classes

  • Preschool: 40 minutes

  • Recreational: 50 minutes (some advanced classes may run longer; tuition adjusted accordingly)

  • Join Anytime: Tuition is prorated from your start date to the end of the month

Money Back Guarantee

  • No trial classes, but full refund offered if not satisfied

  • Request refund within 6 days of the first class via text or email

  • Tuition processed on the 25th and 1st; refunds handled promptly if requested within the window

Absence Notification:

  • Notify us to receive a make-up token

  • Log into your account → “Account” tab → select student → “Future Absences”

  • Request absences 30 days in advance up to 3 hours before class

  • Absences not submitted via portal will not receive a make-up token

Using the Portal:

  • Portal is the main tool for managing absences and make-ups

  • Text us if you encounter issues

Scheduling Make-Ups:

  • Log into your account → “Account” tab → select student → “Make-Up” tab

  • Make-ups must be in the same class type

  • Exceptions (e.g., combo classes) require 24-hour advance notice via text or email

  • Make-ups must be scheduled within 45 days of the missed class

North Miami Beach Registration:
Register online via our portal or Gym Kidz App. A credit card is required to enroll, and tuition is automatically charged monthly on the 25th. Our program runs 48 class days per year, averaging 4 classes per month (some months may have 3 or 5). Classes are not prorated for scheduled closures. An annual registration fee applies. Please check the Gym Kidz Closure Calendar for all closed dates—make-ups are not provided for these days.

Money Back Guarantee:
Simply log on and register for the class that best fits your child’s needs.  If you are not completely satisfied we will give you a full refund 100%.. (request need to be made 6 days after the class either by text or email). 

Make-Up Policy:
No refunds are given for missed classes, including holidays. Students must be currently enrolled to participate (no exceptions). Make-up classes must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance and cannot be modified once booked. Missed classes must be scheduled within 45 days to receive a make-up token.

To schedule, use our app or portal. If you cannot schedule online, contact us via text at 754-260-1278 or email gymkidznmb@gmail.com. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing (longer for weekends/holidays)..

Future Absence Policy:
Future absence can be scheduled from 30 days in advance to 3 hrs prior to class. Missed classes need to be scheduled in order to receive a make up token. You

Drop Policy
***PLEASE READ**

Our program runs year-round, and students will remain enrolled unless a written drop request is submitted (no exceptions). All drop requests must be made in writing through our online app, by text, or by email. Requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish to drop.

Example: To drop for May, we must receive your request by April 15th.

Please note, verbal requests will not be accepted and our coaches do not have access to the system.

Transfer Policy:
Transfer request will be approved if your child is transferring in the same level. If your child is requesting to enroll into an invitational class they are required to be invited by a Gym Kidz coach.

*classes with less than 5 children may be combined with another class

Service Dogs
Due to the size of our gyms, families requiring the presence of a service dog should coordinate with our manager in advance. This ensures we can accommodate both your service animal and the needs of other families in the gym. Some customers have underlying medical conditions, and we want to make sure everyone is safely and comfortably accommodated.

SafeSport
The U.S. Center for SafeSport is an independent nonprofit that prevents and responds to abuse and misconduct in U.S. Olympic and Paralympic sports. It investigates reports, enforces policies, and maintains a database of sanctioned individuals.

SafeSport also trains athletes, parents, coaches, and volunteers on best practices to ensure a safe and positive sports environment, keeping athlete well-being at the center of all programs.
