Welcome to the Gym Kidz family! We are excited to have you join our program and looking forward to working with your child. Please review our protocols and procedures below. PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS PAGE SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN JOINING OUR PROGRAM.
In order to limit the number of people in the gym will be using curb side pick up for our main gym 5+ with limited space for viewing classes and our preschool gym (limited amount of space for adults) will be allowed in the lobby. Our classes are streamed and you are able to view online. Please view our parking information on the links below.

New Families please read:
Drop: If at any time you wish to pause your enrollment, please request to be dropped through our portal, email or text. All drops must be requested by the 15th of each month and if approved your student will be dropped the last day of the month in writing no verbal drops will be accepted. (example April 15th is the drop deadline and your student will be dropped April 31 and your account will not be charged for May classes) Verbal drops will not be accepted. Tuition: When you first start you will be charged an annual registration fee and the pro-rated monthly tuition from the day you start until the end of the month. Tuition will automatically be charged monthly on the 25th of each month moving forward until you drop. If you registered on the 25th through the end of the month we will charge on the 1st. New families will be charged twice in one month so please familiarize yourself with our protocols so you know what to expect

The following classes are run in this gym: select Power Tumble classes, Red/ Orange, Blue/Green, Purple/Gold, Hot Shots, Pre-team programs, Acro-dance and Competitive Team programs can use our main entrance.

North Miami Beach
Registration is available online through our portal.
A credit card is required to be on file in order to register for classes *no exceptions
Tuition is automatically charged monthly (25th of each month) and throughout the year all classes will have 48 class days. (Gym Kidz classes run year round) We will not prorate classes for the weeks we are closed and we will charge additional fees for months where we have additional classes. Annual registration fee will be automatically be charged once a year, this fee is due annually. Please check our calendar link below for closure dates.

Gym Kidz offers a Money Back Guarantee. Simply log on and register for the class that best fits your child's needs. If you are not completely satisfied we will give you a full refund. (refund request need to be made 6 days after the class either by text or email).
Join anytime: Classes will be automatically prorated from the start date until the end of the month.
Money Back Guarantee:
Gym Kidz offers a Money Back Guarantee for your peace of mind. Simply log on and register for the class that best fits your child's needs. If you are not completely satisfied we will give you a full refund. (refund request need to be made 6 days after the class either by text or email). We process tuition on the 25th and the 1st, so if you're still enrolled but within the 6-day window and charged, just text us for a prompt refund.
Missed class Policy:
Starting August 1, 2024, we are implementing a new make-up policy to better manage our classes and staffing.
**Absence Notification:**
- If your child will be absent, you must notify us to receive a make-up token.
- Log into your account, go to the “Account” tab, select the student, and choose the “Future Absences” option in your student’s profile.
- You can request a future absence from 30 days in advance up to 3 hours before the class.
- Absences not properly requested through this process will not be recorded in our system and you will not receive a make up token for your absence.
**Using the Portal:**
- The portal is the most effective method for managing absences and make-ups.
- If you encounter any issues using the portal, feel free to text us for assistance.
How to Schedeule Make-Ups:**
- To schedule a make-up class, log into your account, go to the “Account” tab, select the student, and choose the “Make-Up” tab.
- Make-ups must be scheduled within the same class type (e.g., "Three Peas" can only be made up in another "Three Peas" class)
- Your child may be eligible to make up in a different class (example a combo class) If you wish to schedule a make-up in a different class (such as a combo class), please contact Gym Kidz directly via text or email at least 24 hours in advance. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed.

Make up Policy:
No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays. Children must be currently enrolled in our class program to participate (no exceptions). Make up classes can only be scheduled 7 days in advance, once a make up is scheduled there are no modifications regardless of attendance, students have 45 days to schedule a missed class. To schedule a make up class you can make up via our app or you can text us 305-944-4277 and gymkidzmiami@gmail.com
Allow 24-48 hours to process request (additional time needed for weekend and holiday request).
You can book make-up classes through the app, selecting any day or time, as long as it's the same class type. For example, if you're in a Red Orange class, you can only schedule a make-up for another Red Orange class. If you wish to make up a class in a different class (example tumbling), please text us with the class name, day, and time, and we'll handle the registration for you. We recommend giving at least 24 hours' notice to ensure we can process your request properly.
No Refunds on missed classes.
Annual Anniversary Fee
Our annual anniversary fee is valid for one calendar year. We will automatically charge the annual registration fee annually when processing monthly tuition for all active members.
Attire
Gym Kidz Leotard (see our front desk to purchase). Shoes and socks are not permitted in classes. Please pull hair away from child’s face and refrain from using clips (they hurt the kids when they are rolling). No jewelry or long earrings.
For the safety of our Gym Kidz
We kindly request that you refrain from coaching your child from the sidelines and avoid entering the gym area. The gym is exclusively designated for registered gymnasts only. To maintain a focused environment, we ask that you do not bring younger siblings into the gym. Additionally, please ensure that your child has used the restroom before the class begins.
Kindly remember to bring a water bottle for your child and kindly add their name to it for easy identification. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the manager on-site. Our coaches are responsible for supervising the children under their care. While we are more than happy to assist you with any inquiries, we kindly request that all families direct their questions to the manager. You can also contact us via call, text, or email.

Drop Policy:
Drop request need to be in by the 15th of the month and if approved the student will be dropped from the program the last day of the month. Example: A drop request is required on or before April 15th to drop for May. A drop request needs to be requested in writing via text, email or processed through our online portal. Verbal Request for drops will not be accepted.
Transfer Policy:
Transfer request will be approved if your child is transferring in the same level. If your child is requesting to enroll into an invitational class they are required to be invited by a Gym Kidz coach.
*classes with less than 5 children may be combined with another class
Service Dogs
Due to the size of our gyms we ask families that must have service dogs present to make accommodations with our manager. This was we can accommodate you and your service animal while also considering the other families in the gym. Some of our customers have underlying medical conditions and we want to make sure that all customers are accommodated.
Safesport
Established in 2017, the U.S. Center for SafeSport is the independent and exclusive authority directed by Congress to prevent and respond to all forms of abuse and misconduct within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. The Center is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
The Center receives, investigates, and responds to reports of abuse and misconduct from individuals affiliated with the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and its National Governing Bodies (NGBs). The Center ensures that the USOPC and NGBs properly apply policies and procedures to govern abuse prevention and maintains a database of individuals sanctioned from participation in their sport.
Throughout the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, the Center trains athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, and organizations at all levels on best practices and principles for preventing abuse in sport settings. In doing so, the Center advances its mission of making athlete well-being the center of our nation’s sports culture through abuse prevention, education, and accountability.
